Read moreWent there and now regretting. Been to so many barbeque restraunts across India and this is the wirst one ever. Lets starts from Aprin/Cloth Napkin they give, its having holes in it. Then the service, no one there to clean your plates or ask for food. We waited long enough for our food and first time ever, I started with SALADS just because I was hungry in a barbecue restaurants when you pay 1000 rs for one person. Food got delayed, but from my earlier experiences with AB's we thought it must be worth, but when they started to serve the items, like chicken, prawns and fish, all were cooked with same utterly bad marinations. We asked the waiter to change the marination, and after when we started to eat the desert, they came with 2 sticks of Prawns with changed marination. Horrible. We ordered drink on our own just to eat all the food that came to us and fill our stomach. Afterall we paid so highly for bad food. Desert were also pathetic. Will post pics of half cooked Jalebi, that we got even when we complained and asked to cook again. Gulabjamun were out of fridge and where in hot box for no reason. Seems like they had left over food from 31st night that they wanted to get over on 1st. They were overconfident because of all full bookings. Another huge issue, when asked for lemon, they were not able to give even lemon, which we can try to correct the taste of food. Live counters are too small. No one at ice cream counter. Not all dishes in menu were served, like matan kabab was not even came once to us. Pineapple were too sour to eat. Guy who is serving, when asked to serve prawns, unnecessarily put chicken and fish into our barbeque table. Asked to remove immediately, otherwise he was not even bothered what we wanted. We called manager at last and told the feedback, he too was clueless and was not able to do anything. I asked bill immediately, paid the dinner for all of us and came back. After coming home, I got call from there Manager and he was requesting to visit again. I doubt that I am that much stupid to waste money and do the same mistakes again. You need to ask for ice cream, else you will not know that it exists apart from anywhere in menu....
Advise- Dont go there. Its not worth it. First time ever I left food and desert because of its bad qualities in an bbq theme restraunt.
Pics are from my bill, half cooked jalebi, cloth napkins with holes and they served prawns which we asked we almost finished with desert. No oil coming out, from any of these oil flavour containers. Complained but never got changed. No desert spoons, had my desert with...
