Absolute Barbecues in Inorbit Mall is located on the third floor, specifically at T-02, Mind Space Road, Hitech City, Hyderabad.¹ They offer a unique 'do-it-yourself' dining experience where you can grill your choice of meat, seafood, and vegetables at your table.²

Their menu features a range of options, including the Roasted Pepper Dumpling Soup, Lasuni Methi Paneer, Country Club Chicken, and more. Don't forget to save room for dessert - their Apricot Cheese Cake and Mango Pudding are highly recommended.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM. The cost for two people is approximately ₹ 1,850.

For 6 I paid 6500 around.

Absolute Barbecues at Inorbit Mall offers a variety of delicious vegetarian options. Their menu includes:

Starters: Crispy corn chaat, roasted pepper dumpling soup, and lasuni methi paneer.¹ Main Course: A range of options like biryani, curry, Chinese, continental, dal, and rice.² Live Grill: You can also grill your own skewers right at your table, with options like bamboo shoots, zucchini, paneer, and mushrooms. Desserts: Apricot cheese cake and mango pudding are highly recommended.

Please note that the menu items may be subject to change, and it's always best to check with the restaurant for the latest offerings.

Delicious! Here are some popular non-veg menu options:

Indian:

Chicken Tikka Masala Butter Chicken Palak Chicken Mutton Biryani

Continental:

Grilled Chicken Steak Chicken Fajitas 3 Fish and Chips

Seafood:

Prawn

Staff was good. Unfortunately I didn't get any discount.

I am uploading white range of photographs please take a look of all the free starter men menu delicious sweets and ice creams. I would suggest you to visit with your family friends or office colleague.

Absolute Barbecues at Inorbit Mall offers a variety of sweet treats. For ice cream lovers, they have a live chili ice cream station and different flavors of ice cream prepared on frozen marble stone.¹

Some popular dessert options include:

Apricot Cheese Cake: a rich and creamy cheesecake infused with the sweetness of apricots² Mango Pudding: a sweet and tangy pudding made with fresh mango puree Paan Ice Cream: a unique and refreshing flavor that combines the sweetness of cream with the spice of paan³ Roll Ice Cream: a creamy and flavorful ice cream served in a roll shape, similar to kulfi Ras Malai and Firni: traditional Indian desserts that are creamy and sweet, although some reviewers found them to be tasteless

Please note that dessert options may be subject to change, and it's always best to check with the restaurant for their...

Went there and now regretting. Been to so many barbeque restraunts across India and this is the wirst one ever. Lets starts from Aprin/Cloth Napkin they give, its having holes in it. Then the service, no one there to clean your plates or ask for food. We waited long enough for our food and first time ever, I started with SALADS just because I was hungry in a barbecue restaurants when you pay 1000 rs for one person. Food got delayed, but from my earlier experiences with AB's we thought it must be worth, but when they started to serve the items, like chicken, prawns and fish, all were cooked with same utterly bad marinations. We asked the waiter to change the marination, and after when we started to eat the desert, they came with 2 sticks of Prawns with changed marination. Horrible. We ordered drink on our own just to eat all the food that came to us and fill our stomach. Afterall we paid so highly for bad food. Desert were also pathetic. Will post pics of half cooked Jalebi, that we got even when we complained and asked to cook again. Gulabjamun were out of fridge and where in hot box for no reason. Seems like they had left over food from 31st night that they wanted to get over on 1st. They were overconfident because of all full bookings. Another huge issue, when asked for lemon, they were not able to give even lemon, which we can try to correct the taste of food. Live counters are too small. No one at ice cream counter. Not all dishes in menu were served, like matan kabab was not even came once to us. Pineapple were too sour to eat. Guy who is serving, when asked to serve prawns, unnecessarily put chicken and fish into our barbeque table. Asked to remove immediately, otherwise he was not even bothered what we wanted. We called manager at last and told the feedback, he too was clueless and was not able to do anything. I asked bill immediately, paid the dinner for all of us and came back. After coming home, I got call from there Manager and he was requesting to visit again. I doubt that I am that much stupid to waste money and do the same mistakes again. You need to ask for ice cream, else you will not know that it exists apart from anywhere in menu....

Advise- Dont go there. Its not worth it. First time ever I left food and desert because of its bad qualities in an bbq theme restraunt.

Pics are from my bill, half cooked jalebi, cloth napkins with holes and they served prawns which we asked we almost finished with desert. No oil coming out, from any of these oil flavour containers. Complained but never got changed. No desert spoons, had my desert with...

Absolute Barbecues(AB’s) is a casual dining experience with it’s extraordinary D-I-Y concept that serves a large spread of veg and non veg dishes carefully selected from world cuisines. ‘Sailor's Fare’ , the seafood festival is on at their outlets in Hyderabad from 24th Feb - 8th March and food lovers are going ga ga over it.

We were invited for a food blogger’s meet and the review for the session is as follows:

Soup: The ‘Seafood Bisque’ was a hearty, creamy and comforting bisque full of shrimps, crab meat and scallops.

Beach Style Tawa Counter: The counter served a variety of fried varieties of fish like ‘Fried Bombil’ , ‘Fish Paturi’, ‘Fried Calamari’ and ‘ Crispy Fried Anchovies’ .

Table Grill: The ‘Peri Peri Tangdi’ had flame grilled chicken drumsticks in hot and spicy peri peri sauce. The ‘Lebanese Prawns’ had succulent prawns in signature middle eastern spices with hints of garlic and lemon. The ‘Reshmi Murg Tikka’ had skewered meat seasoned with mughlai spices and cheese. The ‘Badami Seekh Kebab’ had melt in the mouth kebabs made from lamb mince, well seasoned with signature spices. The ‘Gangal Fish’ had quintessential thai flavours with hints of lemongrass.

Wish Grill Counter: The Mongolian tava grill had a large varieties of exotic seafoods like tuna, shark meat, barakota fish, bombay duck, eel, squid, octopus , sting ray etc to choose from that can be paired with various sauces like dancing sauce, pesto, Jamaican coconut, toofani curry etc. into a noteworthy dish as per our liking.

Main Course Buffet: This ‘Seafood Paella’ was saffron infused rice loaded with mussels, clams, and shrimp that packed tons of flavours. The ‘Goan Fish’ had signature flavours of coconut milk and local spices that paired well with steamed rice. The ‘Sri Lankan Crab’ was unforgettably flavourful for its aromatic rich and spicy curry base. The sumptuous ‘Chicken Dum Biriyani’ was aromatic and had authentic Hyderabadi flavours. The ‘Shikari Gosht’ and ‘Murg do Piyaza’ were equally delectable and went well with the ‘Garlic Naan’ served alongside.

Desserts: The ‘Chukandar e Afroz’ had Lucknowi style royal beetroot halwa that was truly exquisite. ‘Apricot Tiramisu’ was super delicious. The ‘Creme Brûlée’, ‘Killer Chocolate Pudding’ and ‘Banana Foster’ were equally delectable. . Recommendations: Seafood Bisque, Fried Bombil, Fish Paturi, Lebanese Prawns, Gangal Fish, Goan Fish, Sri Lankan Crab , Seafood Paella, Chukandar e Afroz . Taste:5/5 , Ambience: 5/5 , Service:5/5 , Price:5/5 , Overall 5/5 . Follow me on Instagram...

Cajun Potato was the show stopper. Perfect crispy with ample amout of sauces. Paneer Tikka was the classic. Coming to Non veg- The Peri Peri Tangdi had flame grilled chicken drumsticks in hot and spicy peri peri sauce. The Reshmi Murg Tikka had skewered meat seasoned with mughlai spices and cheese and it was hot(chilly) to the perfection. The Mutton Seekh Kebab was great aswell. Main Course- This Seafood Paella is something you can try out this Sea food Festival. The Paella is made with Rice and Sea food with saffron infused in it. You can find variety of sea food used in it. You can also hop on the Srilankan Crab Curry and the Goan Curry. You may also find regular buffet containing Paneer and Chicken dishen along with veg and non veg biryanis. Desserts: Apricot Tiramisu was super delicious. The Creme Brulee just melted in the mouth. Killer Chocolate Pudding and Banana Foster were equally scrumptious. The Pan Ice Cream was to die for. Although we almost died eating the Chilli Icecream (just kidding). Mango cheesecake was the one we hopped on the most.
